We currently offer delivery across Pakistan through reliable courier services.

📦 Delivery & Processing

• Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

• Deliveries to remote areas may take additional time.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number or delivery update where available.

🔓 ALLOW TO OPEN Facility

All our parcels are dispatched with an “ALLOW TO OPEN” facility.

This means you can open and check your parcel before making payment to the courier rider. We strongly recommend checking:

• The shoe size

• The product

• The quantity

• Any visible damage or incorrect item

Once you have checked and confirmed your order, you can make the payment to the rider.

⚠️ Important

Please do not accept or pay for the parcel without checking it, as we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for size-related issues when the parcel has been accepted after inspection.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order details and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

💰 Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan, subject to courier service availability in your area.

🚚 Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, incomplete addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that your name, phone number, complete address, city, and selected shoe size are correct before placing your order.
